Part of whole

In some certain moments, one cannot stay silent about describing things and phenomena as they should be… even if some thought he is breaching etiquette rules and considered it unacceptable rudeness.

Only at this moment, when our country is assassinated and martyrs’ blood goes in vain… when you see the murderer killing his victims and then come a group of people defending the murderer and standing in the way of applying justice… only then, there is nothing more rude or filthier than those who stab the country in the heart and mess with justice.

Let us all read the holy bible in the New Testament, chapter 23 of Mathew Gospel, verses 13 to 36:

(But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor! Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold? And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty. Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift? Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon. And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein. And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar. Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!).

Now we come to the holy Quran and read in the chapter of Al-Qalam about those who lied about the truth and resisted righteousness: “So you will see and they will see. Which of you is the afflicted [by a devil]. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has gone astray from His way, and He is most knowing of the [rightly] guided. Then do not obey the deniers. They wish that you would soften [in your position], so they would soften [toward you]. And do not obey every worthless habitual swearer. [And] scorner, going about with malicious gossip - A preventer of good, transgressing and sinful, Cruel, moreover, and an illegitimate pretender.” Verses 5 to 13.

The bible spoke of the blind guides; the scribes and hypocrite Pharisees because they shut up the kingdom of heaven against men… it also spoke of those who could strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel… again, it spoke of the blood that was shed and that there will be a day when those who shed it and others who collaborated with them shall pay the price for it…

It’s as if the holy bible is describing our current moment right now… as we can see people capable of swallowing a camel while they are straining a gnat… what I understood is that those people can let go and ignore crimes and ask others to do the same thing… while in other cases, they don’t let go and stand firmly against what is much more less and trivial… it’s exactly what we have witnessed regarding those who want to postpone applying justice, even if temporarily, over murderers and in the same time, they don’t cease to shout and yell over other cases that are less important… like those so-called political activists or NGOs’ representatives.

However, we will not lie or cheat… we will not stay silent for any reason even if for the sake of old days and friendship… we will keep standing firmly against all who collaborate with terrorists enabling them to commit their crimes and escape punishment and paying the price… the New Testament and Quran were clear when they described such group – those who deny facts and cover up the truth to escape justice – in the worst names.

In the bible, they were depicted as snakes; generations of vipers who want to escape the damnation of hell… and in Quran, they were described as worthless habitual swearers, scorners, going about with malicious gossip, preventers of good, transgressing, sinful, cruel, and illegitimate pretenders… for those who want to know more about the definition of those words, they can seek dictionaries… although, I doubt anyone of them can look up a single word in any dictionary.

Human rights have become an important issue… however, we have to set limits first… and we can start from a certain point by answering the question: are these rights separable?... don’t all people have the same rights?... do anyone has the right to be active in a certain field and take his financial reward from the public money then later we find him taking sides with a certain party, having double standards... ignoring some cases and shedding light over others?

And is it acceptable that those interested in public work make profits from public work and have no job or source of income to earn their living?... isn’t it time for real human rights’ struggles aiming at defending Egyptian children who cannot find clean water, have a cup of milk or who have nothing to wear over their bodies but ragged clothes?... we have an endless list of people who need help in Egypt; women, youth, old men, slum areas’ residents…

Don’t all those needy people need help from those who appointed themselves inspectors of human rights in Egypt?... those so-called inspectors who always travel to the European capitals to get updated with the latest fashion in human rights... I believe they should pay more attention to those needy people like they do pay attention to their old partners of muslim brotherhood, Al-Wasat party and their likes.

You “polite” ladies and gentlemen “angry of my rudeness”… this is part of a whole as the space available here is not enough to say more.
